Description
Handmade copper earrings with beautiful birds design. This pattern is over 100 years old, probably made during the the Victorian Era - I call it "Neo-Victorian"
These earrings are hand forged using antique hand made dies. The dies are about 100 years old, created by hand without modern tools � a technique no longer used today - truly �old world� art. The earrings are made from pure copper or Sterling silver, each pattern was forged by hand as they were intended to be created. These are not machine stamped; all forging, shaping, polishing and finishing was done by hand by a US Veteran, made in the USA!
Due to the nature of this handmade process, there will be imperfections in the pattern, stamping and shape of the wires. They are truly one of a kind!
Your choice of handmade copper ear wires or commercially-made stainless hypo allergenic wires.
I can also make these earrings in sterling silver, if requested.
